Many people in Los Angeles, the city where I live, are suffering greatly. There is no one I have spoken to in the last 14 days who hasn’t been affected in some way by the epic impact of the L.A. fires. So I’ve put together a weekly support group with some trusted friends who have years of therapeutic experience with grief and loss. This group is for anyone who has been affected by the LA Fires and needs a safe space to share and connect with others who are grieving the devastation.

This isn’t about fixing or moving on—it’s about making room for grief, learning how to carry it, and finding connection with others who understand. Our goal is to create a space where vulnerability is met with compassion, and where each participant feels heard, seen, and valued.

The first session of The Grief Circle is happening this Saturday, February 1 at 9:30am PT/12:30pm ET via Zoom.
