Dear Friends,
Integrity is a word I love and I try to live by. My guest today has literally written the book on integrity and her work has connected generations of people who want to live a truer life. Dr. Martha Beck, author of The Way of Integrity: Finding the Path to Your True Self speaks to the importance of integrity and what exactly it means to live with it. She defines integrity as being intact, whole, and undivided.
She shares what this means to her and how it has led her to make many significant decisions in her life. Martha is someone who takes listening and acting on your intuition to a whole new level. As someone who is attempting to follow the threads of joy and authenticity in my own life, Martha helps me understand the difference between fear and intuition. Not an easy thing to differentiate.
Martha shares so much wisdom with us in this interview, I hope you find it as insightful and engaging as I did.
Keep having meaningful conversations….
Love,
Amanda X

KEY TAKEAWAYS:
The opposite of anxiety is calm and creativity.
We were not born to hate, exploit and kill each other. We were not born to fear. We need to live in love with each other.
We each experience periods of metamorphosis in our lives, and the goal is to learn from each phase and emerge stronger on the other side.
